Initial Consultation and Quotation Process

Take a look at the different motorcycle tours in Switzerland featured on my website — they’re designed to inspire you and spark ideas for your next adventure.
Once you have an idea of what you’d like and have decided on your preferred route, please fill out the initial inquiry form and send it to me as early as possible.
Depending on the season, I recommend submitting your request four to six months before your desired departure date.

Step 1 – Personal Phone Consultation

During our personal consultation call, I’ll get to know you, your travel ideas, and your expectations.
Together, we’ll outline the first draft of your motorcycle tour.
Please allow around 20 to 30 minutes for this call.
Afterward, I’ll prepare a summary and a preliminary budget estimate and send it to you.
You’ll then have three weeks to review the proposal and decide how you wish to proceed.
This initial proposal is usually provided free of charge.

Step 2 – Custom Quotation and Planning

Once you’ve made your final decision, we’ll discuss any remaining details by phone or email.
I will then prepare a comprehensive and fully customized quotation tailored to your personal needs.
This process is time-intensive and requires professional expertise, in-depth research, and careful planning.
For this detailed work, I charge a consultation and quotation fee starting at CHF 250.00.
Please note that no reservations are made at this stage.

The full amount of this fee will be credited toward your total cost once you confirm your booking and settle your invoices.

Step 3 – Additional Offers

If you request additional proposals, a fee will apply for each subsequent quotation, based on the time and effort involved.
As before, this fee will be fully credited when you make your final booking.
