The Covid-19 or Coronavirus, also called Chameleon Virus in Switzerland because it changes constantly, has hurt our business tremendously.
It is impossible to plan anything ahead, as we have to put up daily with new situations:
- New rules and regulations
- Condition of entry at the country’s border
- Flight-programs are offered then taken away or cancelled
- Banning of tourists from certain high infection risks countries
That virus is here to stay, and we have to learn to live with it.
Check the local specifications thoroughly before you buy any flights tickets or plan a trip. I help you with pleasure, just contact me.
To the extraordinary situation; we made various four-monthly scenarios and our optimistic forecast, is that the situation will only start to go upward by 2022. Until then, we have to survive.
What that does mean for a small business like ours is clear, diversification!
Our philosophy and the personal contact will definitely stay, as this made and was the base of our business since the beginning back in 1976.
We never entered the mass tourism and we never offered a “fast-food product”. We will continue to offer our individualized custom-made products.
For these very complex tours, you need a trustfully specialist that knows the various countries and specific regions with their specialties, their hotels, what they have to offer and, who can advise you accordingly.
Book now, travel later and don’t cancel your trip but postpone or rebook it for a later date. That will help us all to survive!
